I like helping people take breaks form life for just a little while and giving them tools to do it themselves.
I want people to take back control of their bodies and lives.
We tend to work on autopilot and forget to engage our brains.
Taking control back helps keep pain, depression and other ailmsents at bay.
I work on balance and stability with clients because it helps prevent accidents!
Exercising your brain and spirit helps body function.
Laughter releases endorphins so you feel better.
Moving it instead of losing it makes you feel better.
